“This was a very nice place with lots of room and a great layout — all on one level, which was super convenient. I was traveling with my 83-year-old mom, so I really appreciated that it didn’t have stairs. It also worked out perfectly for my niece’s baby — plenty of open space for her to play on the floor.It’s an older home with some creaks, and you can definitely hear footsteps from upstairs (pretty sure there are kids up there). The parking spot was a plus, though a little tricky to find at……

“The host was incredible!! Very communicative and helpful and very quick to answer any questions I had! The loft had everything we needed and was so close to the subway station so it made getting around super easy. There were great coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance! Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would definitely stay here again if we were to make our way back to Boston in the future”

“Was not clear to me in the listing that this was the third floor of a walk up with narrow and steep stairs. Getting large luggage up the stairs was a challenge. Plus another level of stairs inside for the majority of the bedrooms. There is not really anywhere to dine/eat at a table but a narrow ledge with stools.Otherwise it was a nice place, clean and with all the basics. Neighborhood is very bedroom- community- at least a 10 min walk to the T, and no markets, restaurants or food within a short……

“The house was cute and in a quiet neighborhood. Other reviewers were correct in stating you can hear every word from upstairs unit occupants. The couch and pots/pans are in rough shape after previous tenants. The space was beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities we could have wanted.”

“We love old homes and this was such a lovely home for our Boston adventure! Everything needed in a home is provided and the location has so many restaurants, convenience stores and shopping within walking distance. Copley Park is right around the corner and train stops are very close. Days were spent doing walking tours in the North End and the Freedom trail, train rides to Boston College, and driving to Salem and Gloucester. Parking should definitely be planned as there is no street parking……
