A couple work arounds we had to implement (To save you if you need them from learning the hard way) The location is in a high rise. The parking spot is in the back with stairs up. “Stayed in the Peachtree Towers. We have stayed before and you can tell that the building owners are performing upgrades to ensure the property is much improved. This unit was upgraded much better compared to other units we have stayed in for this location. The host was also awesome! we did not have many issues but when we did she was very quick to help resolve and engaging the concierge to quickly mediate. Parking included was also a great adder! ”

The building is safe and secure and there is paid parking at a lot right next door.
