“Communication with management/owner was not very good. I was unprepared for the check-in process. It was different than any other check in process. Having to download apps and have separate security deposits taken at check-in was horrible and inconvenient. The location was great for walking to the convention center and restaurants in the middle of town. The apartment was very nice, a little bit noisy but fulfilled our requirements.”

“Great property. I was here on business and wanted somewhere to stay where I didn't have to eat out every night, as well as, felt comfortable to "spread out" with my stuff for a period of time. The location is excellent and went in the opposite direction of traffic every morning. :) The property grounds was peaceful and nice. In the middle of being updated, however, I wasnt using (on business), so didnt deter me. I will be staying in these units again for a month, as I was impressed.”

“This was a great option to be able to get two bedrooms. The courtyard was a tropical Oasis. I would recommend this property. If I'm ever back in Dallas I will be staying here. The location was great and the neighborhood was save and clean. We were walking distance to the whole Foods and coffee shop. There is a extremely cool old movie theater that was turned into a bowling alley just down the road as well. Top golf is a 8 minute drive and the conversation center is 4.7 miles away. “Very nice location. Very clean and nicely decorated. It has all the amenities of home. The property manager was very timely and responsive. They checked in often and addressed any concerns we had. The only negative during our stay, which was beyond their control was the road construction that affected parking. Highly recommend ”

“Great neighborhood and location. Felt safe walking the dog late at night or early in the morning. The Union Cafe and Zaguan were great and walkable. We really liked Village Bakery and Cafe which is just a two or three minute further walk from Union. We’d stay again!”

“Apartment in a very old building in East Dallas. Furnishings and decor are very nice.Floors are uneven from building settling. No hall light in back door entryway. Wood around door frame of back entry door is busted.We were there for baby in NICU at Baylor, and the location was ideal.”
