“Accommodating apartment, great location, and the kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware, and spices. The pool is not located in the same complex, but very close by, and the apartment is on the third floor- I did not see an elevator, but I could have missed it.”

“I found this apartment 2 months before needing to work at the State Capitol, and couldn't have picked a better location! The owner, Patrick, was a wonderful host, incredibly responsive, and easy to work with. The entire setup was perfect for what was needed for 5-1/2 months. The location is in the heart of downtown: tons of restaurants, bars, entertainment and includes parking in a garage that is 1/2 block away. I hope for an opportunity to stay here again in the near future.”

“The property was as advertised, clean and conveniently located to the UT campus with plenty of places to eat in walking distance. We had a great time and will be looking for our next opportunity to visit city. Highly recommend if going to a UT sporting event. ”
