“Good”

“It was a nice location for the game this weekend. Hotel is a little small and hard to find, elevators slow during checkin but seemed to get better when not peak”

“First and foremost the customer service was Amazingly spot on, the room and the view is just breathtaking, I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 I would say. ”

“好👍”

“Hotel is attractive and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful”

“The room was not clean”

“The staff was very kind and professional. They spoke whenever they saw us and always checked to make sure things were okay. This was our first visit to Austin! Whenever I stay at a hotel, I'm cleaning anyway, however, some things in the bathroom needed some attention;other than this-no issues. We didn't partake in the breakfast. Jessi, Diamond, and there was another young lady that was the best. For Embassy's benefit, she worked the same shift as Diamond.”

“Would stay again - great location and great room”
