“no USB-c charging ports in room. this is ridiculous in 2026/ But your desk clerk actually went out, bought and delivered to my room a charging cable. Refused payment!!! So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?”

“Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street. ”

“Excellent overall. Great location, unique with birds and nature all round. Each room is different in color, size, feel. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about Austin, restaurants, museums...assistance in any way with hotel needs. There's even a real newspaper delivered every day!! Stay connected with news and the world!! Two tiny comments. My room that was end has somewhat weak water pressure; I'm sure that can and will be fixed. And, the coffee place next door, Jo's is funky and nice……

“Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs……

“Great service from our valet to the front desk clerks. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location, we were central to plenty of great spots to eat and explore. The hotel has great food options so you don’t have to go far. I would probably request a different room next time because of the noise level at night facing the street. Because it is central and busy with nightlife, it can be loud if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise great experience and……
