"I like you to know about your staff that you have here. Everybody was so kind helpful went out of their way to reach my satisfaction. The counter girls when checking in were wonderful. The overnight girl was fantastic. Very helpful. The breakfast lady made everything wonderful and everything was open on time Was very important to me cause I have a busy day today… This hotel definitely gets 5 stars form me 😊😊👍👍"

"The pool area is great (9ft deep at one end!) and unique (under an attrium) but the chlorine smell in the rooms around that area is STRONG. I would have preferred that to what our other room smelled like -- the pungent odor of it being a formerly smoking room. Because the hotel is very popular and was very busy we did not request a different room as I am not sure there would have been any alternatives that just smelled neutral (like nothing) or "fresh" or whatever. Generally everything was fine...
