“I am usually a very positive person in reviews. I have NEVER been a 5 star bunny. But I do have to speak. When I made the reservation I said I needed a room that could accomodate my limited mobility issues. After being turned down I asked to reconsider and they got me a first floor room. I check in and went for ice. There is an ice machine but it makes no ice. I went to prepare for bed. The sink drain does go down but can not be maneuvered to drain. So I hand drained the water to the bath……

“Rooms need upkeep, maintenance and a deep cleaning. Hole in the wall right by your head while you sleep, exposed insulation. Mold growing on bathroom walls. The smell of mold in the room was unbearable. Toilet would only flush if you held the tank cover a certain way. Breakfast bar was dirty and not cleaned up periodically. Overall a disappointing stay. The lady working the front desk was the only positive of the stay. Entire city and surrounding areas were booked and we had no choice but……
