"Everything was great, one of the best hotels I've stayed at that price range. Bed was comfortable enough. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The door into our room probably could have used some oil but otherwise I have no notes. "

"We stayed at the Oxford suite so that we could walk to a concert at the Spokane Arena. There was dining to walk to close by and if we would have chosen to do other things in Spokane there was easy access by walking or driving. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. I would return!"

"The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. It was fairly quiet too. Breakfast had a good selection. We were informed at check-in that the pool had been closed indefinitely, but otherwise the facility seemed good."

"Amazing Hotel that really lives up to its history. Desk clerk was a little snarky when he told me check in was at 4. No tone of sorry but we cannot check in until 4. It was " YOU CAN CHECK IN AT 4. This was at 3. No worries if there are no rooms available, as we had a suite. Just needs to work on his deskside manor a bit. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely amazing and the rest of the staff were terrific. "
