“Perfect location to everything (shopping and restaurants). Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered options for every one. Pillows in room are awesome. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Spokane.”

“Our room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of free parking and the breakfast was nice too. It advertises it as being downtown Spokane - which it is, but it's not in a very nice area. There was nothing walkable around it so to get to the nice area of down town we had to pay about $20 Canadian for parking elsewhere. I should have investigated it a little more before booking so really the location issue was my own fault. On the bright side, it was really easy to get to off the main……

“After a long day of driving we arrived at 11:45pm to be told they could not help us because their systems were down and we needed to go elsewhere. Horrible for us and we get unexpected problems can happen but under the circumstances they could have offered to recommend somewhere else and imagine if they even called ahead to see if there was a room available!
