"10 out of 10 rating. Excellent home offered more than imagined and we have rented thru VRBO and other agencies for several years. This tops places we have stayed in on Cape Cod! We really just needed to pack a suitcase. Everything is provided (minus a vac or a Dustbuster though for quick pickups) but we used the provided brooms. I did purchase a swifter to do the floors before we left as we normally do. A short walk to Kelly Beach in this quiet neighborhood is a great family oriented beach. Our two oldest grandchildren (4yrs) were much more acclimated this year for the ocean and loved jumping the waves and learning how to use their “surfboards” that they received for Christmas. This entire neighborhood is a great area for walking, running and riding bikes.One non beach day we went to Watch Hill and the kids loved riding the carousel. There’s a lot to do if you’re not a beach person. Jamestown Lighthouse park as well as Newport. A great show of fireworks on the evening of our departure ended our week at the beach, one week that our family is incredibly grateful for considering how our 2025 began. Homeowner Eric very communicative and ensured we could contact him at anytime. We certainly would come back to this area again. As our grandson age 4 said when he arrived, this is like a hotel Nana”. "This property in Narragansett is located perfectly for Rhode Island vibes with a view of the bay, boats, and beavertail lighthouse. It’s a clean home with beautiful landscaping. The most important things in the house are in good condition, and the appliances looked new. It wasn’t a huge deal, but a window and door in the sun room need a refresh. Putting sheets on the beds was annoying (the mattresses are heavy!), but this was a minor trade-off for these views!"
