“Free Breakfast, "warm coffee abd a bagel" should really state continental breakfast in description. Very small room with no place for luggage. Very small bathroom. Walls so thin you can hear people talking in the next room! Across the street from the beach should be taken with a grain of salt. Across one regular street, then one Very busy street, then a road into the beach parking, then a very- very huge parking lot and walk way along the beach then and only then the beach! Extremely crowded.……

“Got this as a gift for our anniversary. This is really a wedding venue and most folks seem to stay for the wedding and are up late and making noise and then out the next day. We had a 2 night stay - no room cleaning service for the price. We were just around corner from reception which doubles as a wine bar in afternoon, hangout in evenings and breakfast bar in am. Place is somewhat old and so you hear everything. At 10:45 when they are still chatting at wine bar and then when revelers come……
