Staff were terrible. They didn't cooperate in any case. The front desk guy is not helpful and behavior was too bad. If we asked for any service he was telling, "what are you expecting in 150 CAD?" Isn't it a bad way to serve a client?

Adequate facilities, very dated. Lots of stained carpets, gym equipment obviously second hand, number of pieces not working, fair amount of rust on gear. Place just very dated and old and run down.
