Panoramic gulf views from the floor to ceiling windows along the front and entire west side of this unit offer fabulous views from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The splendid combination of unparalleled views and stunning renovations complete with new furnishings make this unit a top choice for your vacation getaway! If you want the views of the Gulf and the upgraded coastal feel in your home away from home with updates such as Shiplap accent walls in the Master bedroom, guest room and under the bar area, then look no further. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation haven offers a wide and open floor plan with plenty of room for your group to spread out. The kitchen has new stainless Whirlpool appliances, even a mini beverage center to keep your drinks nice and cold!
The Master bedroom has balcony access, huge windows so you awaken to an incredible view from your King sized bed. Enjoy your own 35" TV and private bath with a custom shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 35" TV. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, twin over full beds and a TV along with access to a private bath with a tub shower combo.
The balcony has 4 high top chairs and a table for dining outside. Enjoy access to the beach front pool, co- ed fitness center with a sauna and steam room and two lighted tennis courts. The pool is heated October through May. Beach service is available. This unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Long weekend with friends
The spacious condo and the building facilities were very nice. The views and access to the beach were amazing. From the deck, we saw dolphins swimming past several times. The kitchen dishes, utensils and appliances were adequate. Be aware that very limited, if any, consumables are supplied, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soaps, spices, etc. The place is good for larger groups. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!!
The condo was nicer than the pictures. It’s so spacious and everyone had plenty of room. This kitchen is large and I loved having a washer/dryer right in the condo. 3 full bathrooms were a big plus as well. I would absolutely come back again. Nothing about the condo but 1 tip- the beach directly in front of the condo will not allow personal umbrellas or tents, you must rent with the guys down there or hike one way or the other to be off the “private beach”. This is one thing I wish I knew before arrival.

Wonderful experience!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the property in Emerald Towers. The place was beautiful and astoundingly clean! The location was perfect in reference to the beach and also surrounding activities. We only had an issue with the bathroom vent. We did call the front desk and maintenance contacted us and told us they would let us know when on the way but they never did show up the entire time. It was a minor inconvenience overall. I would definitely recommend this place!!

We loved this condo! Clean, great views, very spacious, and so close to the beach with easy access. It was nice that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. Only complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper, as they only supply one roll per bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful and roomy condo right on the beach
We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The place has many updates and is super clean. Loved the easy access to stairs so it's a quick onto the beach/pool and back to the condo. Only downside is to get a front row spot on the beach, you have to rent chairs & umbrella which is $49/day for 2 chairs & 1 umbrella. Otherwise, you have to walk a bit down to a different part of the beach or take a 2nd or 3rd row spot to the ocean.

Most places we’ve stayed never look the same as listing and this one did! It was beautifully decorated and so spacious! Plenty of room for Our group of 7. Location was great. Close To beach(on beach) and activities. The sliding doors didn’t lock. That’s the only thing that really needs fixing. Over all, great place to stay!

We came here with our family of 6 plus my in-laws for a total of 8. Kids ages 8-15. Loved being on second floor. Plenty of space for everyone and LOVE that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. Very close to the beach. Could sit on the balcony and see everything on the beach easily. Pool area was very clean and maintained. My oldest loved having a work out room. Had plenty of dishes. Cookware could be replaced - had lots of scratches and food stuck easily. Large washer/dryer in the unit was a plus! We would have like a hot tub - this condo unit doesn’t have that. Checkin and checkout was done all through email, phone call. Very easy. We will definitely be back. This is our first beach trip in October. The water (ocean/pool) was a little cool when you first entered but your body adjusted very quickly. Daily weather temps were low 80’s. Always a breeze…sand wasn’t blazing hot like in July. We loved it!!

This property was disgusting. The couches had white covers and were incredibly dirty, plus they had blood on them as did the floors. The floors had black hair all over them. The patio furniture was falling apart. It didn’t appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. I do not recommend staying here.

Overall, the condo was very nice. The cleanliness could have been better. (We found opened granola bar wrappers in the bunk beds upon check in). Also, one bunk bed ladder is in need of repair, so it could not be used. Otherwise, the size and location of the condo was great, and we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice location
We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and bigger than the pictures show. The decorations are very cute. The only thing I will say is the bed in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. You can tell it is a older mattress and hard and the pillows need to be replaced due to being flat. Other than that the beautiful beach walking out from our balcony definitely outweighs the bed. Will be back.
