"The house was grand. The setting was majestic. The kitchen was gourmet. The linens were luxurious through. However, the salt water has corroded all the sliding doors and locks. The sliding doors had closet poles in the tracks for locking security. Only the front door actually locked. This grand old house needs a major renovation. We were very impressed by how quickly the management team responded to a few maintenance issues. We really enjoyed the abundant wildlife on the island. TV access to local channels would be a real enhancement via Direct TV or Dish. "

"The fire pit was awesome! Thank you for providing wood. Small kitchen but well stocked. Not a lot of pantry storage but we made it work. Beautiful home! My grandsons loved the deer!!"

"Accommodations were clean and as expected from information. Hosts were great. The only thing I would add is a small bar of soap in the showers would be a nice touch as shopping is limited on the island and if you arrive after store hours and didn't pack soap, you'd be disappointed. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home/condo very much and would not hesitate to reserve again."

"Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly! We found a pet friendly restaurant about 10 min drive away that was great for dinners. We made one trip to the grocery store and we were set for the few days we were there for the other meals. The small full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and stove made the rest of the meals easy. Overall great experience!"

"This was just as expected! Super convenient for the Pledge the Pink Walk. The house was gorgeous. My teenage boys loved the wildlife. We had several deer frequent the back screened in porch area. They loved it so much, we are planning our next family vacay to Fripp. Thank you for having us as your guest! You have a beautiful home and we greatly appreciate the stay! "

"This was the most wonderful 4 days! 4 generations. We had plenty plenty of room. Downstairs was so great for the toddler family. No one could believe the beach access was so great. You felt like the waves were arms reach. King Tide was especially impressive. Fishing, crabing, shrimp and flounder from Gay's. Kitchen is AMAZING! Porches rocking chairs. Deer every day. DO NOT FEED! Alligators to see on our golf cart ride. Directions easy both in and leaving. You truly have to see to believe! Oh. Room for 3 cars and 2 big trucks to park! Our memories are priceless. We will be back. "
