Private Executive Home with Pool, Pickleball Court, and Sauna.

This Northwest style home has been completely remodeled with beautiful details. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with Kings, 1 bedroom with 2 queens. All the beds are new. The 4th bedroom has three twins. The library has a day bed that sleeps one. There are 3 full baths including a stunning master bath. The gourmet kitchen has all you need for cooking. Laundry has new washer and dryer. The home has a open floor plan with the great room open to the kitchen. The view looks onto the swimming pool. Looking west from the pool you can see the firepit and new regulation size Pickleball Court. There is a new gas grill outside on the deck. The Great room has a large wood burning fireplace and a 60" flat screen TV. The Pool is heated in the summer season (June 1-September 5) For an additional fee it can be heated some other times of the year depending on outdoor temperatures. You can check with the owner to see what the cost is to heat the pool during the off season. The outdoor Sauna is open year round.

Book club getaway weekend

We all loved the house, especially the great room space and the sauna. The house is perfect for a large group. We'd be happy to come back and make better use of the pool and pickle ball court. Our weekend was quite rainy but we were happy to play games and hang out in the house together

Duffer Golf Trip

This was a great place to stay for an “Old Friends” golf trip. It was close to Gearhart Golf Course, and it had a lot of room for eight old guys. It had everything we needed along with many activities to use at the place. Our host was very communicative at all times and even arranged shipping of a forgotten item. Would highly recommend!

Such a wonderful stay!

We were 8 moms looking for a relaxing getaway and that is just what we received. Everything was perfect and the house had more than we could ask for. The pool was perfect, as was the sauna. The only downside was that the trip was so short!

Great Family Beach House

This house and the pool are fantastic. The house has good sized bedrooms and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is heated to a comfortable 84 degrees and is an ideal for the kids. The beach is a short walk. You can also drive on the beach so you don't have to carry all your stuff to enjoy a day at the beach. This is a perfect beach house for a family vacation.

Great house!

We loved staying here! This house is really spacious--3 of the bedrooms are very large and the main living area was quite large as well. The game room gave our kids a space they could use to play, without being in the main living area or at the dining room table. But we really enjoyed the pool the most; it was a treat to stay somewhere with a private pool, especially now with COVID concerns closing public pools in our area. The location was convenient for the beach and town (Seaside and Astoria).

Fun time at the beach!

My family of (8), ranging from 9 to 95 years old, had a wonderful time! The house was roomy, well-kept and very well equipped. We had days of enjoying the pool, the beach and relaxing in between, feeling very much at home. Communication with the owner, prior to our trip, was very easy and Jeff always gave prompt responses. After arriving, caretaker, Janet, was very helpful with answering our questions and even bringing us graham crackers for s'mores, since we thought we forgot ours. It was such a fun family vacay!!!!!

Home is as advertised. Beautiful large property set back from main road that puts you 5 minutes from downtown Seaside. Helpful communicative Onsite caretakers are in a home situated between main road and rental home. Very private feel. Large deck with beautiful sunset views, pool, fire pit and pickleball courts all incredible and as pictured. East check in and check out process. Owner very helpful and responsive to all questions and needs pre and post stay. Will be back!

Great place!

The amenities were all just as described. All the basic supplies were there, as well as lots of towels and linens, plus a nice little welcome basket. 😊 The grandkids were in heaven, spending as much time as possible in the pool. We did walk to the beach, about a mile, but if you do choose to drive, there is plenty of parking—even on the beach, which allows vehicle access. We didn’t see any elk on this trip, but the birds were friendly and there was one deer on the driveway. We also enjoyed s’mores around the campfire. The caretakers were always available and very helpful—Janet, especially. One small caveat. The pool is 3 feet at one end, but it drops off steeply, so young kids don’t have a wading area. This was a little hard on our youngest, but it did encourage the older kids to work on their swimming skills. This is one of the best places we have stayed!

Peaceful, Relaxing, a little piece of heaven!!

We used this trip for several events and this house was perfect for everything. Let me start by saying that I booked this rental more than 7 months in advance and the owner Jeff has been wonderful in answering my questions leading up to our week long trip. My husband and I arrived first for 4 nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. Believe me this house was very large for just the 2 of us but we felt so serene and peaceful...my husband even scolded me for not bringing him here for his 50th birthday last January instead of Vegas!! We enjoyed cooking our dinners (kitchen has everything you need), lounging by the pool, waking up to elk right off the deck our very first morning, and watching the sunset right from the living room! I posted pictures and had many friends ask where this house was...so you will definitely get referrals from me Jeff!! Then I met my Portland to Coast team and after our relay came back to the house for 2 nights. I had fallen during the walk and broken ribs, so I needed a quiet place to rest while the rest of the team bonded. This place is so large and spacious that I was able to sleep an entire day away to recover while my team bonded and barbecued (on the outdoor bbq poolside) and I was not disturbed once. With 10 of us on the house you would think it might be loud and crowded...so not the case!!! This is the perfect house for a family trip for sure!! 5 of us stayed on for one last night of laid back relaxing. We went to the beach and shopping...all very close. Then spent time in the pool, barbecued steaks for dinner and turned in early. We had minimal problems at all but the few small things that happened were taken care of so quickly by Sarah the caretaker (who is local) that it's hardly worth mentioning. I only mention it because I want to give her and Jeff a shout out for how quickly the problems were resolved....and how fabulous they both were to work with. The only suggestions I have....blinds on the windows in the living room. Even though the sunset is gorgeous it gets a little hot when the sun goes down and maybe a little bigger tvs in the bedrooms. I'm a tv baby....but there is so much else to do i hardly noticed and that's saying something!! Lol My husband is already asking me when we are going back? I think you now have some long term vacation renters!!!

Loved the pool, sauna & pickleball court. Owner provided plenty of pool towels & toys. Kitchen well-stocked w/dishes & cookware - even had a nice welcome basket. Golf courses close by as was town of Seaside. Lots of little shops & eateries. Beach from house a bit of a walk but a quick drive down. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful Property and Great Ammenities

This is the perfect vacation rental for enjoying the Northern Oregon coast. Easy access to Seaside and Astoria, Pacific Coast Trails, and lots to do on site. Everything was very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. There is a host in a separate house in case you need anything but we had everything we needed. We traveled with our adult kids and teenagers and this was great for that: plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, ample seating, stocked game room, heated pool, and pickleball. Very near some excellent beaches, food and shopping. Since we met up with kids, there was also plenty of parking space for the three vehicles. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find and put away, so very relaxing and easy. Jeff was great with communication.Highly recommend this host and property.

This home is well-appointed and spotless. The communication about how to use the appliances, where items are located, and information about the area restaurants, grocery stores, how to get to the beach were all very clear, and in addition, the light switches are labeled! They have thought of everything that made our stay easy, and all we had to do was make the memories! Because it is not on the ocean-with ocean views, we also were so pleased to be able to drive to the beach in just 5 minutes, and as a bonus, cars are allowed to drive on to the beach, making it easy to bring chairs, etc. We are already booking for next year.
