I wouldn't find myself here again unless visiting friends or family but perhaps my experience just wasn't the best. My hope is that guests who stay in the future have a much better experience after staff read my review.

It was okay. One of the bunk beds had stained sheets on it and the futon style couches were worn and uncomfortable, but other than that, it served our needs. They provided the basic toiletries and kitchen items. They also had a nice book put together with suggested drives and maps. Plenty of parking. ...

Great vacation
Super location, we took the grandkids for a weekend of skiing and tubing. Clean and comfortable stay and will keep the contact in my phone for our future trips.. wonderful owner and very quick to respond, very accommodating. Do yourself a favor and book!!!

Ghent is very close to Beckley which has many dining options. Winterplace has been great for us.

All the folks we met were very pleasant, both at Winterplace and at Skyline. We had a good dinner at the motel. Other than the ski slopes, which were great, we didn't see much of Ghent.
