This very spacious duplex is packed with all the features, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to stay. Enjoy the spacious kitchen and dining area which is perfect for cooking up a feast for the whole family or enjoy your meals outside in the alfresco area complete with a Weber BBQ and dinner table. Let the kids head upstairs to the games room which is equipped with a Foosball table or let them settle in watch some Netflix or DVD’s while the adults enjoy the private balcony off the master bedroom.

Great for Groups
The property is very modern and can easily accommodate 4 couples or a large family. Big kitchen, large lounge and dining table. Clean, modern, spacious bathrooms. Small games room upstairs too. Tastefully decorated. Short 5 min walk to Paradise Point cafes, restaurants and shops.

Overall happy with our stay, basic items missing.
As above, we felt for the price paid we shouldn't have to supply toilet paper, dish washing liquid or dish cloths. Only having 1 x bathroom towel per.person for 10 days and 1 tea towel was frustrating. For a house that could sleep 10+ adults only having 3 wine glasses was a bit annoying. Maybe we are being picky but this is our review. Also there was no frying pan and adding an Esky would be recommended. Bed was comfy and pillows bareable.

The house was lovely and bright and comfortable. Had some lovely little touches and we really didn't need to bring anything except ourselves and food :)

Close to all the theme parks
Plenty space for 2 families. You'll get to do and not to do lists from the property managing company, and warning of charges for cleaning, washings ect. Fairy clean. Good distance from all the theme parks.
