“Very modern, clean, and the staff did appear to pay attention to detail, which isn’t something you often plan to rate for lodging, but I did want to throw that in. Check-in process was very quick, and Champagne was offered during this time. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the entrance. The heated outdoor pool was a huge hit for my daughter. Especially since there are very few places you can swim outside at during the winter in Northern Michigan. Our room was clean, and our view……

Breakfast was included during my stay this time which was unexpected, but I was told that it changes depending on the time of the year (I believe they said Memorial Day through the summer is when breakfast is no longer included). I dined at the Parkshore Lounge and my salmon dinner was really good, and I had a friendly waitress. The person who came to clean my room each day was also really……
