"We wanted an easy place within walking distance of campus and this casita was perfect. Listing was accurate and communication very smooth. We were a bit surprised by the small size of the alley access and parking - our minivan just fit within the gate. But once we had been in and out a few times we were comfortable."

"Visited Tucson for college baseball games. Rental was just off Broadway a main East-West street. Lots of restaurants. Bathroom a little small but everything else was great."

"This is not as it's represented. Countryside is not having a HIGHWAY outside your door. This is a Red Lion motel. Very noisy. TV didn't work, had to play with the cords/button to view. Shower stall grout was ugly... between black,gray. On the otherside of the shower, in the sleeping area, the water stains on the floor were rusty. Walking around in the room with my bare feet, they were black when I wanted to get into bed. I had to clean my feet again before getting into bed. The room...

"The listing pictures looked nothing like the actual property. It is an unsafe neighborhood with loud music throughout the night. We were locked out every time we left and had to get new keys not to mention a small annoyance of no tv remote in the room. Will not stay here again. The property managers communicated well but that was it. I wish we would have kept our reservation at the Hampton."

"Linda was great! Her communications were proactive and very considerate. The place was immaculate. Great design and use of the space. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a great location—close to shopping and hiking opportunities. It is only a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Desert Meadows Park. We especially enjoyed the private, lovely landscaped backyard watching the hummingbirds and other species. I would definitely recommend this property!"
