There is not a beach view. Check in staff a little rude and dismissive. Room was clean but hallways smell like mildew. When I booked it said free parking and free breakfast - however parking is $5 per night and breakfast $7 per person

Sailport Waterfront Suites
It was dirty. There was no housekeeping to speak of. You had to sign up for housekeeping when you got there. I signed up for it and it never came. It was dirty when we got there. Mint House St. Petersburg Downtown by Kasa
Really enjoyed our stay! The room was very modern, and had everything we needed. The location was great, with lots of cute cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The valet team was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
