The room wasn’t very clean. The curtains were filthy. There was hair in the bathroom. No remote for the tv although we asked several times. Had to ask for washcloths. The food was terrible. I got food poisoning twice.

Reserva Real by Harper
Clean room, loved all the nice pools. The microwave unfortunate didn’t work. Great amenities, beautiful scenery. Only downside was not being able to get picked up for our excursions from the hotel. We had to go across the street. Very nice and friendly staff. 8/10 overall.
