“Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for one person. I come to Kona to dive, so I don't spend much time in the condo. It was clean and had everything that I needed for the three days I was there. Would recommend .”

“You can’t beat the view from the lanai off this sweet house. Set up was perfect for any excursion or just relax and enjoy right there in the pool. Close to shopping, lots of room wot the entire family, and real chill vibe. Would stay again.”

“Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

Parking was definitely our only “issue” but as long as you get back early, you’ll be able to find a parking spot! Parking across the road isn’t bad either, traffic is really in that area.”

“This location is great for walking to the many coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. There is also a cute little shopping mall, an ABC store, and a farmers market nearby. The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great. Inside, the condo has everything you need to relax and have fun: fully outfitted kitchen, comfy living room and bed, nice little patio area, beach chairs and umbrella, and a variety...

“The Mermaid Studio is a hidden gem south of Kona. We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The grounds are gorgeous and it has the best outdoor shower I've ever been in. It's large and clean, and I didn't want to get out! The property is a two-minute walk from excellent snorkeling. The drive to the property is beautiful with winding roads and lush greenery all around. All of the basic supplies were available on arrival. I would absolutely stay here...
