“Excellent property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Condo comes with many amenities, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, washer/ dryer. Very close to shopping. Go a little further and there is a walmart,Safeway and Costco. Definitely need a car to get around. Our first visit to Kona. Will definitely recommend. ”

“We had a lovely stay here. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great. The location is excellent because it’s right in the middle of Kailua and Kona. Everything is relatively close, but you still feel like you’re out of the super busy areas in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. “We enjoyed our stay at Kanaloa. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was quick and reliable. The property was walkable and beautiful. The pool by the ocean was especially inviting. The condo was large and inviting and had 2 outdoor lanais that we enjoyed. Adequate dish and laundry supplies were appreciated and not always available in other locations. Loved the pebble and chunk ice on demand in the freezer! The only critique was that the pressure in the master shower was not great....

“I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. “The view on the lanai is great with gorgeous sunset views. The condo is very spacious but you will spend most of the time on the lanai. Easy check in process with a lot of communication from Kevin. Like others say the furniture is a little dated and the patio doors have seen better days but overall this is a great location and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Plenty of space for my family of 4 - two kids, two adults. Stayed three nights. Mini split air conditioning and double beds in the second bedroom were a definite plus. Condo cleanliness was immaculate. Really enjoyed the views and amenities of the property. Grills were easy to use, checkin and checkout process were easy as well. Would stay here again!”

“Check in was easy. Straight forward instructions for using the key pad. The kitchen was spacious and I had every pot, pan, utensils I needed. My 8yo enjoyed making smoothies every morning with the blender provided, so that was a plus.”
