Stunning 3-Story, Mediterranean-Style house in the Galleria area. It is centrally located to countless shopping, dining, and entertainment businesses. A few notable attractions both by car or walking in close proximity include Galleria Mall, Memorial Park, Rooftop Cinema Club Uptown, Whole Foods/Trader Joe’s, HEB, Starbucks, Walmart, etc.

1st floor has two bedrooms with attached bath, laundry room and a 2-Story Atrium area/lounge featuring a beautiful Waterfall and Double Domed skylights that flood a ton of natural light.

2nd floor has a living room, full kitchen, dining room, and a half-bath.

And a 3rd-floor loft.

The property can be accessed via keypad lock.
