“The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!”

“The A-Frame treehouse was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The whole location was amazing! The barn was super cool to hangout in, we even got a pizza delivered and ate that in the barn. The whole location is very pet friendly, we brought our large dog and she had a blast running and playing with the other dogs on the farm. Overall it was an absolutely fantastic stay! We will definitely be back and will absolutely be sharing this amazing place with all our friends and...
