“Loved the porch with the rocking chairs. When we called asking about the key pad they were very helpful. The bed was hard to get in and out. Too close to the walls and my husband gouged his shins on the crooked bed frame.”

It was a perfect way to have a family vacation together but with individual privacy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed in a beach rental home. “We were told the condo was ready early. We arrived at the condo and weren’t given the right amount of pool bands, property manager fixed it after a call to the office. Overall the condo was good for what we needed, but if you plan to cook a lot or spend much time in the condo I’d skip this one. One of the shower heads is barley hanging on, the bedroom window is cracked, mouse poop in the kitchen cabinet so we didn’t put our food in the cabinets, the right side of the sink is separated from the...

“I have to say this cottage www super immaculate and clean. Super close to the beach with private access. The only thing I suggest to the owners is to have maybe a bit more of tick at least condiments, laundry detergent, and maybe some beach toys. Other than that no complaints. Love the property.”

“Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.”

“We liked the location of this property. It was a nice property in good condition. We did not like that there was no directions on where to turn things on (i.e. lights, fans, dimmers, outside pool lights, and the pool deck and firepit area were not cleared of fallen leaves.”
