The property facilities are aged, although well kept. The room we got urgently needs an upgrade. Living room furniture cuffed and very worn. Bedroom ok. Nothing to brag about. Got to the room and WIFI is not working at all. The name and code we got at the reception desk was incorrect. Maintenance needed to come in and restart the modem and provide us with the new name and code. The TV ( Sony Bravia 2011) was not connected to the cable / WiFi box. Needed to get maintenance to come and install a coaxial cable and splitter. Even so, the quality of the image was grainy and some channels simply couldn’t be seen at all. The kitchenette had no silverware, no coffee for the coffee machine and overall in sad conditions. The all inclusive is not entirely true. Buffet menu was acceptable.

Las Verandas was a great choice. The room was beautiful and spacious with a wonderful balcony and the food was delicious! The grounds are very well maintained and the ground around the pools never gets hot. The concierge was very helpful, booking us a snorkeling trip and providing other helpful information. The one downfall (no fault of Las Verandas) was the no-see-ums, so bring bug spray and use it!
