“This property’s location cannot be beat, you really can’t get closer to the beach entrance unless you rent an oceanfront property. The house was clean and as described. Neighborhood was beautiful. Beds were comfortable, hosts responded immediately with any questions. There were some biting gnats while we sat on the back deck, but that is to be expected with location on lagoon. We saw many birds and two different gators. We loved it and will be coming back!”

“First time staying within the Kiawah Island Golf Resort and this house was perfect for our family. The house itself was gorgeous with the two story ceilings throughout the first floor and the grand doorways. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and stocked well with nice towels and comfortable sheets. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch but the pool and views were the best part! Would definitely come back and stay at this property again!”

“This was a very nice property. Layout of the house was really nice and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked- nice dishes, glasses, appliances. Umbrellas , beach chairs, toys, towels provided which was so nice. Property manager was great and very attentive. I would recommend this property.”

“Beware of booking through VRBO, who was just the go-between with Vacasa, another property management company, who then doubled our booking/service fees without providing any additional service. Biggest waste of $$$!! While we booked through VRBO, they immediately passed us off to Vacasa, which made it confusing in terms of who to contact with questions about the property. The several questions I asked prior to our stay received no response, except for one on the last day of our stay.”

“We enjoyed the villa - it was perfect for 4 of us - no sharing rooms and no bunk beds! It was perfect - comfortable - the beds especially one guest even wants to know what the mattresses are - so she can get one for home. Very well stocked - even bath products! We enjoyed our stay.”

“Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.”

“Nice vacation property. Quite, peaceful and opportunity to get away from daily life. No street lights. So finding one's way at night is challenging. There could be better signage on roads and property direction signage can be improved.”
