"Room faced what looks like an office building and there were a few minor inconveniences: can’t control air from your room so Maintence has to change it, the door to outside was unlocked when I got in my room so Maintence had to come show me how to lock it, breakfast took an hour to deliver one morning, room service was pretty slow, bottled water was astronomically expensive, my key stopped working one day BUT food was pretty good, staff was attentive for the most part, pool and hotel was gorgeous!! "Clean rooms. Pool’s amazing. Great food and service. You do have to pay $30,000 pesos to sit at the beach. Beach vendors cross over the rope to try to sell you something or the massage people just start rubbing you which should be controlled better by the beach attendant. "
