“Spacious and comfortable room, easy check in and out, excellent breakfast and overall really cool place to stay. Restaurant staff are great - thanks Leidy and Diego (spelling?!).
Outdoor chairs on rooftop and on the terrace terribly uncomfortable.
Gave only 4/5 due to cleaning staff. Our room wasn’t made up for 2 days so we had to request at front desk. For almost CAD$200/night, this should be done right every day. Our terrace wasn’t swept or cleaned for our entire 4 day stay. Old cigarette……

“Dieses Hotel ist ganz okay. Personal ist freundlich. Allgemeine Zustand ist okay, könnte etwas sauberer sein. Die Lage hingegen ist hervorragend. Sehr nah am historischen Zentrum und zu den Piers. Leider ist der Busverkehr direkt vor dem Hotel sehr laut”

“La persona que me atendió de manera muy grosera, me cobró personalmente , aunque le expliqué muchas veces que ya lo había pagado por medio de la aplicación, aún que ya me había mostrado el recibo de pago. Literalmente me amenazo con correrme si no me daba el dinero, y por razones de logística tuve que pagarle ya que no tenía otro lugar donde quedarme. Fue una experiencia bastante estresante y desagradable. Decidí retirarme mejor y buscar otro lugar ( una que ya me había pagado dos veces) ya que……
