“I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.”

“Hay cambio de administración y están haciendo el esfuerzo de mejorarla, pero en general está muy desgastadas las instalaciones, les falta ventilador (no de techo) por el calor, la alberca no tiene las baldosas al 100%, en las habitaciones no hay limpieza rigurosa y no garantizan que funcione todo. Las comida el servicio de su personal excepcional! Les tomamos mucho cariño pero deben invertirle al hotel para que sea algo agradable y que dé gusto disfrutar. ”

“It was clean. It is like a tiki hut. No wifi, no tv. Updated bathroom. They had a nice private plunge pool. They came and took dinner order. It took awhile to get dinner, but they are walking up mountain. It is not for anyone who can't do a lot of stairs. I would have liked a blanket on the bed and hot water. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the person they are with. ”

“Awful! It seems like they are not welcome at all. When we’ve arrived they started to record us secretly + they don’t even have a reception. I cannot understand if it’s a hotel or something else. Rooms are terrible, while they were showing us the rooms they were also recording our voices,WHY???”

“Rooms cleaned daily with a Cozy cabin like ambiance. Food & Drinks Fresh Made to order. Staff Very hospitable and Kind Always willing to assist in every need. They made us feel like Home! ”

“Room was great. Staff was great. You will want to uber if you go anywhere but the beach. If you're alone they allow 1 free visitor, you have to pay for more visits.”

“Property is nice and clean. Staff is professional and friendly. Pool is very clean. Only thing I did not like is that the AC was not powerful enough to maintain the room cool. But I did sleep well at night. I don’t know if it’s because Cartagena had a very humid weather but I feel that the AC needs to be updated. Other than that it’s a great place. ”

“The bedroom was fine, a little small. Bathroom shower wasn’t working properly because the water had difficulty draining. But overall is a good hotel, pool was nice as well. And breakfast was delicious. Is not in the center area but is just a couple of minutes ride from it and is in a very nice and safe area. Around it there are a lots of very cute cafe/restaurants. ”
