"It was a very nice hotel. The only thing that I was very unhappy was that if you rent a room with no view, that means there’s no window at all so you’re in just four walls. I thought that should’ve been a note of not knowing no view means there’s no windows. "As someone who exercises regularly I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of gym equipment available which meant I did not have to search off site for a commercial gym. The pool is also an excellent option for exercise as well. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The variety of animals is a unique experience. Of course Cartagena heat and humidity are part of the experience but one adjusts. Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor issue I struggled trying to figure out the TV setup. No big deal - not in Cartagena to watch TV :) Definitely would visit again and recommend."
