"SLIGHTLY OUTDATED BUT PERFECT LOCATION"

"The property location was beautiful, but the property needs an upgrade. Only one elevator works, and was td the 2nd hasn't worked for 3 years. The 2nd elevator went down for about 24 hours and and was told by maintenance that was normal. The unit we stayed in was nice, and clean, but might need a bit of a remodel. A beachy vibe would have been nice. Any maintenance issues we had with a tub not draining, or sink not draining was attended to quickly."

"The place was great. Right on the beach, as promised and with a good view of the beach from the balcony. We had an issue with the beach gate code and the owner was quick to resolve it for us. Would definitely book again! "

The location was remarkable - right off the beach, easy walk to Isle of palm restaurants and shops. Short ride to downtown Charleston, Sullivan island, and Mt. Pleasant. Great stay. Place was clean, and great place to stay with friends. "
