“Front desk and bar staff were friendly and helpful! The decor in the lobby and in the room was quirky and nostalgic. The mini bar was free! The wellness center, gym and sauna were awesome - fresh towels, tea, hot and cold drinking water were provided.
The location was prime ! We were so close to The Round Tower, the metro station and great shopping ! I would highly recommend this hotel ! ”
“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly on our last day we ordered a taxi for a fixed price through the hotel and the taxi driver was going to charge us more than agreed a member of staff spoke with the driver in English so we could understand as well and she reminded him it was fixed. Brilliant as no one likes getting ripped off. Thank you. ”
“The hotel has great location, staff are friendly but need more hospitality training. The rooms tends to be small, leaving no space to walk around the bed/ sink. Viewing into the shower space from the bed is not attractive and a very dated interior design look.
Overall the style is like a IKEA dormitory 1978. Nice, but too instagramble and will quickly fade.
