“I picked this hotel for my business trip, and I have to say, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. We were put up on the 6th floor—when you step out of your room, instead of a regular indoor hallway, you’re actually outdoor. That’s fine in nice weather, but I could see it being a real hassle if it were freezing cold or pouring rain. Thankfully, it stayed sunny the whole time, so getting around was never a problem. “It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. ”

The facilities were lacking (no boxed tissues or bathroom floor mats, despite the shower curtain also being the wrong size for the space, making the bathroom extremely hazardous). Housekeeping was also lacklustre, leaving behind used mugs despite there being little else to clean. "
