Our home has been professionally decorated by one of the most sought-after designers in the country and is breathtaking. It's located in a quiet spot on the 7th floor and is perfect for the whole family. There are three bedrooms each with its own beautifully appointed bath. THERE ARE TWO MAIN BEDROOMS WITH KING SIZED BEDS! The third bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a pull-out sofa for extra guests or little ones. The views are incredible and the private balcony is the perfect way to start each day with seating for six. Guests can sip a cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. Hi-speed WiFi makes it easy to read the news, stream a movie, check your email, or post a selfie enjoying the view. Our home is perfect for distance learning and teleworking.

There is easy access to the beach and the pool. But please note that there are stairs on the way to the beach and it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. However, there are many places on the island with handicapped parking and also areas where you can drive on the beach.

There is a fully stocked kitchen, ready for you to prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy a traditional cup of coffee or try a K-cup. Or blend up a smoothie with fruit from the Saturday farmer's market. There are Smart TVs, hairdryers, toiletries, beach chairs, and more. You will find all of the comforts of home!

Our Surf & Racquet Club location has easy access to everything there is to enjoy on the island. As you approach the complex you will drive through a canopy of live oaks. There are walking and biking trails nearby. The beaches here are lovely and the complex enjoys two oceanfront pools and tennis courts. We are also conveniently located near the Ritz Carlton where guests can enjoy multiple restaurants and lounges. Foodies will like the wide variety of wonderful restaurants on the island. Let us know if you'd like a recommendation. There are lots of interesting shops including consignment and antiques. There are fishing charters, river cruises, skydiving, shelling, hunting for shark's teeth, birding, biking, golf, pickleball, yoga, and tennis. Fort Clinch is a civil war era fort located in a state park on the north end of Amelia Island and it sits along the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway.

If you have not been to Amelia Island you are missing out. It is conveniently located a short distance from I95 and less than an hour from Jacksonville International Airport. There are lots of transportation services if you want to skip driving. If you would like a nice day trip St. Augustine, Cumberland Island, White Oak Conservation, and the Jacksonville Zoo are nearby. There are two parking spots available for our home.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental. Guests are responsible for charges exceeding the policy.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.
