"Great location in Washington, NC. Host was very communicative and accessible. I loved the small scale of the inn, it was cute and thoughtful. Only two small things that could be improved: 1) we would have liked more towels in the room. The owner was very accommodating when we requested more, but it would have been nice to have two towels per person or at least one spare towel. 2) the room was quite bright in the morning, even with blinds and curtains. Room darkening curtains would be nice. "

"Charming older home on the river. Porch has amazing views and a wonderful swing! Porch was shaded and provided the perfect place for meals and relaxing while watching the boats on the river. House was very clean and well stocked. Very please with our stay. Would love to rent again."

"You can't beat the view of the Albemarle sound from the living room and brand new dock below. Watched eagles catch their dinner right off the dock and my husband caught quite a few catfish himself. Bed and couch were comfortable. Got lucky with sunset one evening and words cannot describe the beauty. Edenton is quite charming. Downtown Roots made a mean Cuban sandwich and 309 Bistro & Spirits was wonderful! We day tripped to Elizabeth City (Museum of the Albemarle) and Fort Raleigh and Manteo...

"The Bungalow is well laid out, spacious, well furnished and in a fantastic location for exploring Edenton. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. It is definitely a well designed living space and we hope to be able to come back for a longer visit sometime soon."

Close to the water and right across the street from nice little park with boat tours and a dock you could walk out on to see into the sound. There is no TV in the house, we did not know that.
