"Great location for enjoying Wilmington. It is a walk to the houses from parking but a wagon does make it easier. The cove office was nice enough to let us borrow one which saved us. All in all a great place and would rent again."

Katherine and Dan were a text away and very responsive to questions concerning the yacht to suggestions to where to eat. One of the best experiences we have ever enjoyed. "I gave it a 4 star overall rating because after getting there and starting the air conditioner it quit…no worries it was cool enough outside to open the windows etc…there was a strong smell…I’m not sure if it was a bug spray smell or that it had been closed up for a while…the bed is a bit hard and could use a memory foam topper but great location and was clean when we got there! Would stay again…it is not at all luxury but it is somewhat “glamping”….but yes we would stay again!"

"The boat and overnight stay provided an amazing, unique experience to celebrate a friends birthday. The weather was perfect, and the accommodations on the boat covered everything we needed. Full moon on the water was magical. Communication, check in, and check out was thorough and on time."

"This is probably one of the best vacation rental experiences I have ever had. On our way down the host alerted us to a change in parking due to President Biden being in town. The houseboat is fully stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed sitting on the upstairs deck, taking in the beautiful views of the water. We were attending a concert at Live Oak Pavilion which was just a short walk away. So convenient to great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend The Basics on Front St. for...

"My family and I stayed here for my mom’s birthday weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Very peaceful and relaxing. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive to many more. Our host was always in communication with us about things we needed to know and did so in a timely manner. The houseboats are close to each other but everyone was respectful of their neighbors. We will definitely be returning in the near future. Great experience!"
