It was a good stay

The bed was uncomfortable and the area seemed a little sketchy. Definitely not walkable to places per the locals. Everything was clean.

It was close by every place that I needed to go and visit that while I was there and it's beautiful

That salvation it was very well taken care of it had all the amenities that you need The place is very clean it was private it was a nice quiet neighborhood I will go there again

Great small place

Close to everything in Joplin, quiet neighborhood, minimal to no traffic and everything in the location is clean, modern and just as described. The check in process was very painless and the host was quick to respond even after check out. The place has a pretty big enclosed backyard and the enclosure is private. There is parking right next to entryway which is only two steps.

Great fenced in yard!

The communication was excellent and check-in very easy. After a long day of travel, the fenced-in yard was so wonderful for us and our dog. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice night's stay!

Quick overnight on a relo…me and the animals! Easy on and off access to the freeway and wonderful communication with the host! Recommend when needing a clean space with an awesome fenced yard for an overnight stop

We came down to visit our kids and it was the perfect place for 2. Close to downtown and all our favorite restaurants! Emily responded quickly to our questions and the place was very clean! Will be back!

Stay in Joplin

It was a cozy little place that more than served its purpose. We stayed three nights without any incident and had all the basics provided. The backyard was huge which was a plus for our dog. I would recommend bringing two fold chairs, as we did, if you plan on having a couple of friends over. There is not much furniture there. The location was in a business district but very quiet and tranquil for us. Good Experience!

Loved the quiet neighborhood and fenced in yard for the pups!! Multiple freight trains passing through ...not so much. Shower was pretty tight and i could have used at least one more bath towel for my hair. Really enjoyed the comfy bed for our overnight stop

Was a charming one bedroom house with a huge backyard. The bed was amazing and the shower was large enough for two, very nice!!! The kitchen was ample and clean as was the rest of the house. Thank you for renting this amazing property to us.

Great property, bad experience

Very nice house with nice fenced in back yard, perfect for my dog. Neighborhood is fairly "industrial". Our experience was colored by my elderly Golden Doodle being attacked by a dog from the house next door as we headed out for a walk shortly after arriving, and due to injuries suffered, we had to head back home to our vet the same day.

I received a email at 1 pm the day of my arrival saying it was ready. We arrived at 6:30pn after a13. 5 hour drive. To the bed not made no clean towels hair in the shower and sink. I sent a message to have the property manager contact me and let me know I could leave and she could be there in 30 minutes and clean it or 8 could clean it myself. We were wore down and didn't want to leave. I there for cleaned the place and did all the laundry . I told the property manager my husband just killed so earwigs we were supposed to leave on Tuesday morning. At 4 am Monday morning I woke to a earwig crawling on me. We packed up an left that morning. I sent the histva email requesting a refund and telling her why I left and 36vhours later still no response from her or the host. I reached out VRBO after 13 hours still waiting to hear from them

Disappointed in property

Property was listed as modern, luxe bedroom, sleeps 4. The bed and a futon was the only furniture in the entire house. Good thing we had packed folding camp chairs to use for seating. No table was provided for dining. Had toilet issues the first evening but problem was resolved the next day. Was notified that a scheduled pest control application would be done on Friday morning and we left while that was being done. Then spent the next day and 1/2 killing and sweeping up dead and dying cockroaches, silverfish and earwigs. The grass desperately needed mowed, giving an overall picture of an unkempt, rundown property. I’m not going to argue about the price and trying to work out a refund but feel like at least the cleaning fee should be refunded after the bug issue.

Cozy Stay

Easy to find. Check in and out is easy. The communication with host was amazing with quick response time. Stocked with everything you may need along with a beautiful, LARGE backyard to relax in with a privacy fence. Only 1 neighbor and they were kind and quiet.
