“This condo was the perfect place for a family vacation on the Big Island. The unit has been recently renovated and it had an awesome Lanai that we used every day! In addition, the condo included beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as other small things that made the trip easy for us, like dish soap, coffee filters, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Finally, the location is perfect. It is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the beach.”

“Not used to loud traffic driving by all hours of the night. Couldn’t sleep. In morning you could hear dogs barking and curtains in bedroom weren’t blackout so sun shone through in early morning. Otherwise the condo was very nice and efficient would have been nice to have washer/dryer in unit. We were grateful for laundry area close by with the pool. We did enjoy our stay.”

“Sweet Studio Condo on the water in Kona. The Lanai was very private, and lush. Everything you could want for water toys/supplies was there for my use. Myrna graciously allowed me to stay for late checkout for a late flight. The location was perfect. Highly recommend Green Flash Coffee/smoothie Place right next door! “We are from the Midwest and I would compare this condo (I-31) to a Holiday Inn. It was great for what we needed, and had everything we needed for our satay and great for the cost. “We enjoyed our stay and loved our location in proximity to the beach and shopping nearby. Close to Costco and the airport and yet not far from exploring other areas of the island. The condo bedroom shares a window with the road which was very loud most nights and garbage day was rough at 4am😅. Loud cars were hard to tune out throughout the night.
