Royal Kona Resort
Right on the beach as advertise but beds were fulls not queens. Older property that appears to under renovation. Where we stayed the floors were covered with plywood in the an areas. Rooms were clean staff was friendly.

We loved this resort! Its in a great location. Make sure you do the night snorkling with the Manta rays! It's located just beside the resort (walking distance).
