"Nice spot for a night. Enjoyed the pool and paddle board. You need to carry it across the street and down to the entry area (and it may have wake so sitting or kneeling might be better than standing). This is more motel and basic accommodations, but the service is very friendly and each booking removes trash from the island and helps local organizations. Location is good especially if you have a car to explore around Hilo proper. You’re not far from the airport so you may occasionally hear planes loudly over the hotel. I only noticed 3 so they didn’t wake me up (or maybe they don’t fly often during the night)."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was one of the neatest and cutest guest houses I’ve ever stayed in. The garden was beautiful—I especially loved having my morning coffee next to the koi pond. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it!"
