"We had the most amazing time staying at Robyn’s place. The location was perfect with a stunning ocean front view. Just down the street is paradise cliffs which has beautiful ocean views and then Makuʻu Point was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise which is also within walking distance. The house was adorable and clean and worked perfectly for our girls trip. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were soft and we had several of them. The pool was nice and being able to swim and look out at the ocean was amazing . Robyn was an amazing host and responded to all my text quickly and was so friendly. I highly recommend staying here at Robyn’s place. You won’t regret it. I hope to be back soon"

Jeff greeted us and was available for any questions we had.Really felt like home with the amenities, so very comfortable! "So peaceful. While we wanted to be near some attractions near Hilo, we did not want to stay near a lot of people. We knew of this little community in Keaau and this property did not disappoint! While we were initially nervous about the lack of AC (for medical reasons I typically need it), we ended up having excellent sleep at this home and there were many ceiling fans that helped. The screened in porch was a huge favorite along with the charming garden and exotic fruit trees in the backyard. It could not have been a more peaceful and welcoming home! Would stay again!!"

"I enjoyed my stay here. The place is one of a kind and each room is unique. I was reluctant at first because of the shared bathroom, but I never had issues when I needed to use it. There is also an additional bathroom outside that I didn’t read about or see until my last night. The outdoor hot tub and shower were all placed uniquely in the back of the property amongst nature. The location is super remote and takes some patience trying to find, but you stay here for that reason — off the beaten path. The grounds indoors and out were well maintained. The artwork at the entrance and books inside are provocative and edgy which matches the vibe of the place. The kitchen, dining area, living room and patio were spacious enough for those who want to be alone. Locks are provided on every room door for security. There is a house cat that lurked around. Not a fan, an allergic, but that was minor compared to the beauty of the place. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, however some water in the kitchen for guests would have been good. Highly recommend "

"My fiancé and I stayed in this property on our last day in Big Island. Conveniently located 5 min away from the airport, so we had plenty of time to savor up any time we had left over on the island. There are a few local places to eat within walking distance. There is a bay across the street where you can watch kids having fun and jumping off in the water or you can stroll for a nice sunset walk. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The experience overall felt really nostalgic. I grew up in a small town like Hilo, so it felt nice to feel a little piece of home there. "
