“Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was disappointing—the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed’s mattress was even worse: hard and old. I also noticed that a painting was missing from the wall, only to later find it stored in the closet. The coffee machine was another letdown; I wasn’t sure if it made me want to brew a cup of coffee or take a trip to the supermarket to refill it. The bathroom lacked attention to detail—bath amenities were……

“The property was old needed some cleaning linens were stained in both bedrooms. We talked to the property manager and they brought us sheets immediately. The refrigerator was held closed by the door knob to the outside door. Description said the beach was one minute away this was not accurate it was about a 6 min walk. ”

“The place was old and the windows were dirty. Then I found a small bug which I believe was a silverfish crawling in the mattress and one of the staff members was really nice when talked to in person and offered another room but another staff member hung up on me as I described the issue. I just went somewhere else and lost the money. You get what you pay for at this place.”

“No amenities in room. Towels old and had perfume on them and not enough towels. No Kleenex. No amenities like a hotel”

“Great access to ritz amenities. Not a huge suite but well described even with small fridge & stove top. Spacious bathroom & plenty of storage.Excellent host easy to communicate. Included self parking. Would return! ”
