This place is a half block from Duval Street, where all the music/bars/restaurants/shopping is. The deck is lovely and definitely adds to the place. My complaint is that the fridge emitted a loud weird sound intermittently—during the night too. If a firm bed is a must for you, this one is not.

I am attempting to get some satisfaction with Vacasa regarding our stay. I made 2 attempts to speak with them (on-phone and in person) because our TV was not functioning . We arrived on Friday, attempted to watch TV on Saturday and with no success, contacted Vacasa who never followed up with our concerns/ or service. We checked out on Tuesday. There is documentation of our conversation. The place is lovely but I would think VBRO would want to hear if our problem was ever resolved before another client would want to possibly rent the unit. Hope this satisfies your inquiry.

Exactly what we were hoping for....
It was the perfect location and size for our getaway trip. The decor was fun and reflected the vibe of the city. The property was spotless when arrived and easy to access. The ONLY issue that I feel needs correcting is the mattress. It is either too old or too soft because it sinks in the middle and is impossible for 2 people to sleep together on. Fortunately the couch cushions were very comfortable so one of us could sleep on it. Oh, and also the internet - we could connect to it, but it would NOT load ANYTHING - kept giving error messages or not enough data, etc... tried every day at different times but no improvement. Lucky for us we didn't need to rely on it for work or other.

Comfortable & great location just off Duval
Great location. Within walking distance of everything. We would stay again! Not perfect but comfortable. Maybe update mattress but aving lots of linens was great. Would suggest a small broom and inside door mat .... it rained and water from shoes tracked in. No laundry but service close by.

The location of this apartment is wonderful, and the look of it is really nice too. Unfortunately there were so many little problems and nothing got fixed or addressed until it was too late. The bedframe wasn’t even attached to the bed so we would scoot farther and farther away from the wall. There were ants literally everywhere. There was no signage for where to put trash, and no extra trash bags. The bathtub stopper did not work in the bathtub is really great if you can use it. Literally nothing was fixed even though they promised to and just never showed up. On the second to last day I reached out to the corporate office who offered to fix it but it was already our last day. Then corporate offered us 15% off our next visit which is a joke because based on last booking we will never stay at one of these properties again.

Excellent place for the money in a fantastic location. Cute little artsy apartment. W had wished the ceiling fans in the living room worked and also would have been nice if the bedroom AC unit would have been adjustable. Other than that we had a fabulous time staying in this cute little place. The outdoor space is great for sitting out at night and listening to the nightlife of Key West.

Quirky Key West Apartment
If you appreciate art and older renovated properties you will love this apartment! If you're looking for something traditional or have issues with sloping floors - look somewhere else. This is an adorable shotgun style apartment with cool old floors that slope up and down - just adding to the fun in Key West!. The location is absolutely PERFECT! You really can walk to everything which is good because there is no easy parking. We loved the property and began and ended each day on the lovely patio. I loved this property - quirky floors and all.

A Cozy Unique Home
Perfectly centrally located where you can walk almost anywhere, this cozy little spot was just what we needed! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night to have a beer and listen to the people (you are just far enough away from the crazy action). This place had everything we needed! We did find a few ants, so a bug spray may be a good idea. Over all we loved the stay and would come back again!
