“The unit is conveniently located to both Redmond and Kirkland. There are shops, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The area has plenty of walking trails. The unit is spacious and comfortable but slightly dated. The host was gracious and helpful. Something to consider is the steep steps (17) up to the unit, and both bedrooms are upstairs (another 15 steps). Parking is included but tight.”

“This VRBO is a scam. We booked the entire house for Saturday night. There is NO mention in this listing that other people would be staying in the downstairs area of this home, yet we were greeted by some people who told us they were staying downstairs after they too had reserved the whole house for the weekend. Had they not been kind enough to make their presence known, I would have felt incredibly unsafe and scared. They mentioned that they had stayed in the upstairs portion the day prior to……

“We immediately booked a hotel after arriving because we did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The home had multiple large carpet stains, a welcome mat with caked-on dirt, a loud water feature running without water, sketchy-looking basement windows, and an unpleasant odor. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there. The property felt unsettling from the moment we arrived and did not match the impression created by the listing photos.”

“✅We liked how close it was to everything we wanted to do. ✅The view from the fifth floor rooftop was really cool. ✅We liked that they provided a parking pass so we could park close by and not have to pay. 🛑There was signage to have your shoes off in the house but the floors were so dirty all of our socks turned black from walking around on the 2-4th floors. 🛑The stairs were a lot- four floors to get to the master bedroom. Staying a couple days was fine but I wouldn’t want to stay……

“Perfectly located apartment right next to the space needle. It was clean and easy to walk to the nearby sites. Getting the key is a hassle- even with the instructions it wasn’t clear and when I had issues with the lock box the person I called couldn’t help me (said she would call me back, waited 15 min) but I eventually figured out the issue myself. Parking garage is hidden with no clear signs. There was a container for coffee that didn’t last more than 1 day despite being there 2 nights. No……
