“The location of the property was so great. The room/apt we had was perfect! All the necessities and amenities were great. The bed was so so comfy and perfect.”

The bike trail next to us allowed our group to see a whole other view of the city and work off some of the BBQ we ate. We also took in a U of Texas baseball game.”

The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I love that this rental is as advertised. It had everything we needed for an amazing family weekend and easy access to white water amp for the Willie show! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. And the patio was amazing. Walking just steps down to the river to fish or read was exactly what we needed.”

“This place has it all! Beautiful rooftop pool which was perfect for viewing the solar eclipse. Perfect location to walk to many local spots or to grab a bike or kayak and enjoy ladybird lake. And the attention to the small details made me feel right at home inside the condo. We look forward to coming back!”

“Came in for a week to see family, watch live music, go to the Texas vs Kansas State football game, eat, and relax. The Heart House was perfect, pet friendly, and perfect location for access to downtown, SOCO, Zilker Park, etc. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for a small group in your party.”

“New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples.”

“Sent multiple message to host over a 6 week period. Didn’t receive any response. Received several automated messages from hosts agent with decent information but was missing details we needed. On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. Texts did get answered but this was after we had already figured things out and checked in. Chose a later……

“The property was very cute and the online description was accurate; however, there were some cleanliness issues and access issue (i.e., the lock didn't work, inconsistent communication with property management about securing the property, etc.).”

“I loved my stay it was a very quiet area. The neighbors were very friendly. 😊. The condo was very clean and cute loved the beach lake decor. We had everything we needed for our stay. Kay responded quickly to my questions. Thanks for your hospitality.”

“The house was really nice. The view of downtown from the rooftop balcony was beautiful at night! The construction noise was not an issue since our stay was over a weekend, but, the construction debris around the area is something to be cautious about. Great close location for getting to the downtown scene. The only mishap we ran in to was, the freezer part of the fridge was iced shut, and we couldn't use it. All in all, the overall experience of this house was excellent. I will be coming back……
