The owners put a ton of work into modernizing the house into a fully functional house with all the amenities while keeping the charm of the original home. The highlight has to be outside. "This property is a great option to host friends or family in La Crosse! Our group was all alumni and we decided to come back to town for the beer wine and cheese fest. The house was bigger than expected, it had a great yard, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and it was a walkable distance from downtown. Not to mention affordable, especially compared to hotel prices during event weekends. We will definitely be staying here again for future alumni get togethers."
