“The cleanliness needs to be improved. Very disappointed to have found dirt marks and blood marks on the bed sheets and covers. No ice machines in the hotel so need to ask receptions to get ice everytime. And no refrigerator in the room. There's one fridge-like machine but it's not cold and the staff insisted it is mini-bar. So even the drinks inside are not cold.”

“For starters the service was amazing, everyone we came across were so genuinely lovely and friendly. We felt very welcome and looked after. “Stayed in Room 14 for one night. Room very tired - headboard peeling in flakes onto pillows, furniture shoddy & worn. Toilet roll with 4 sheets left folded at end on holder to look nice in en-suite. Room in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff however were very friendly, courteous & professional. Nice meal/drinks at reasonable price in Restaurant. Price for room also reasonable. Would stay again but only for night or two.”

“From the outside this modern pub looks clean, well designed & welcoming. Above the pub is a collection of stunning rooms right out of the pages of Restoration Hardware catalog. Modern, well-appointed & beautifully designed. Our room was immaculate. And despite being above a pub on an active street it was incredibly quiet.
