"Public area,s and cleanliness good.Facilities good, food and drink selection very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. Balconey needs hanging frames for wet towels."

The amazing views don't lie!

"Lovely property ideally situated in the heart of Playa Paraiso, opposite the Hard Rock Hotel, with, shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Well furnished and perfect for our needs, the apartmernt has two balconies so which ever way the wind may be blowing you will always be sheltered. Huge thank you to Christine, the property manager, for the airport transfers and useful tips and information. One thing I will say is that the pool is unheated which is probably fine during the summer but not so welcoming in April :-) Definitely would recommend 100% and looking forward to returning hopefully one day!"

Lovely apartment complex, great holiday

"We had a brilliant holiday in April, the apartment was spacious and clean and the pool areas were fantastic. Nice having the pool bar though we didn't eat there the drinks were lovely. The surrounding area isn't brilliant but we loved the Italian restaurant up the hill on the corner. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained. Wasn't clear that the pictures in the listing weren't the actual apartment we were staying in (showed a sea view while we were in the centre of the complex)."

luxury family holiday

"5 star but still very family friendly and accommodating. The staff were lovely, especially in kids clubs. Great facilities and high quality activities for kids . They won't want to leave the complex. We had a junior suite with lovely sea view and it was large and luxurious with a very much seperate but connected sleeping area for 2 children. Buffet selection was great, lots of options and high quality. I would have liked to have fresh water and coffee dispensers at all meals, rather than just breakfast. Also fresh water dispenser through hotel and pool areas... this would have given eco plus points rather than reliance on bottled water. "

"I stayed for 14 days with two of my friend's and our wife's. If you're looking for a quiet place with great pool area then this is a good choice. If you're looking for 4 or 5 star accommodation I would keep looking. The accommodation is very secure and nice but the apartment we stayed in could use some face-lift, the showers were a bit worn-out and the sofa in the living room was not good. Apart from that it was ok."
