"We rented this beautiful home to meet our son whom we haven't seen for month's due to his work schedule. We were only a couple of hours from checking into the house and Peggy informed us that there was a problem with the A/C unit. Peggy let us know that she had a technician on the way to check the unit. She offered us a full refund if it could not be fixed. My wife and I were driving and could do anything about finding another rental property. Peggy came through for us the unit was repaired and we had a beautiful weekend with our family. The house was beautiful and well kept. We will definitely rent this property again. "
